Only international students from the Summer 2007 program are allowed to enter this contest. The topic for the photos is open but it must express experiences and impressions from Mexico .
Rules
*In order to participate you must present from 5 to 8 digital pictures Burned into a CD in JPG format, any doubts on format or size can be solved with Ceci at room 4302 or at the email: verano07qro@gmail.com
*Label the CD with the following information: your name, title for the pictures (same as their file name) and email. Use clear handwriting.
*The topic is “ Mexico ”. Winning images will be those that best reflect your time here. The decision of our judges will be definitive.
*Each CD should contain two kinds of photographs:
In the first one, there should be one or more students from the program in the picture, participating in trips, parties or everyday activities.
The second kind will be judged according to its artistic content. For instance: panoramic views, scenes from Mexican lifestyles, traditions or any other thing that reflects what Mexico represents to you.
*Photographs will not be returned to authors and could be used by the International Programs Department.
*If there are less than 8 contestants the competition will be called off, in this case the photographs will still be shown during the End of Term Ceremony.
*CDs should be turned in at room 4302 with Ceci or Israel . Due date is Wednesday June 27, 5 PM.
*Prizes and diplomas will be given to the best three pictures.
